In an oversaturated consultancy market where sameness weakens impact, we recognise the need for a new approach. Rather than replicate the generalist en masse labour model adopted by big consultancy names, we designed a more specialised approach. That’s why our business model is intentionally focused on providing specialist strategic workforce functions that complement other small to medium enterprises.

We believe in going deep, not wide. Our strength lies in niche capability, designed to integrate with government and industry partners and deliver high-impact, targeted results. While the large generalist consultancy model still leans on pre-developed frameworks anyone can deploy, prioritising scalability over bespoke insight, we recognise that era has ended. What clients need and what we deliver are solutions that are bespoke, built by experts, and grounded in real context.

Our Founders

Chris draws on a 20+ year career spanning the military, top-tier consulting, and senior public service leadership. He has worked across EY’s Workforce and Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practices, boutique consulting firms, and served in senior leadership roles in the Australian Public Service.

Based near Canberra, Chris manages a small farm, enjoys cooking, camping, and a good scotch whisky, and shares his life with his family and blue heeler, Dusty.

Pink brings 13+ years of leadership experience spanning public service and private sectors, with a proven track record leading teams across large-scaled ICT service delivery, shipbuilding enterprise, public policy and national broadcasting. Recognised for her ability to build strong and positive working relationships.

Outside of work, Pink enjoys exploring new destinations and experiences, combining her passions for travel, food, and wine.
