We started with a clear intention: to build a consultancy that collaborates, not competes. In an environment where the labour market is tight and duplication dilutes value, we saw an opportunity to do things differently. That’s why our business model is intentionally focused on providing specialist strategic workforce functions that complement other business functions, rather than replicate the generalist labour model, already offered in mass.
We believe in going deep, not wide. Our strength lies in niche capability, designed to integrate with government and industry partners and deliver high-impact, targeted results. While the large consultancy model still leans on pre-developed frameworks sold at scale, we recognise that era has ended. What these large consulting firms offer clients over months, AI can now generate in seconds. What clients need—and what we deliver—are solutions that are bespoke, built by experts, and grounded in real context.
